front drum brake help !!!!!

 front drum brake help !!!!! Am I missing something I can not get the front drum off. The pics are what I have done so far. Is there something else that needs to come out or should I use a rubber mallet.

Re: front drum brake help !!!!! Yes the washer that has a lot of holes needs to come out and there is another nut behind it
