Re: exhaust ?
While we're on the topic I wouldn't mind a referral to someplace Denver or north.

Re: exhaust ?
I'll check out Exhaust Pros. My rig isn't nearly pretty enough for a high dollar job, however attractive its ass may be. Thanks!

Re: exhaust ?
What would a reasonable price be for a 2 1/2 into 3" off my long tube headers out through the body on the passenger's side. I'll need a muffler and will be having them weld in a high flow cat I already have.

Re: exhaust ?
I've thought about doing that BC kit eve though I don't have their headers. I figure my headers are longer, so I may be able to modify it. The only down side is that it has 2 entries on the muffler which means I won't be able to use the cat I have.

Re: exhaust ?
For the price of the BC kit plus shipping, I would go to a local shop and get a fully custom version for your truck for just a bit more. Save yourself the cutting and welding that may be necessary. But that's just me.

Re: exhaust ?
Have a BC's 2 1/2 into 3" with a magnaflo on my roadster, really like the fit Made my own tail pipe ..be careful when the soft top is rolled up like a safari.....the exhaust can roll back in and make back seat riders sick if the exhaust does not draft correctly.. I did a lot of trial and error with the exit to keep the fumes from swamping the kids in the back seat.

Re: exhaust ?
I would send you to Hanksville hot rods on south Santa fe, not only is he a friend of mine but does all TRUE Mandrel Bends and can do your roll bars as well as mounts to convert to modern Ford engines. Stop in or call him and tell him Shawn referred you. No I dont get brownie points for that. If anything stop in to see some of his other projects. http://www.hanksvillehotrods.com/

Re: exhaust ?
I will second Chucks work. He did my Heep exhaust before I sold it. It was somewhat of a custom setup -4.5" lift with TNT long arms and dual triangulated rear links. He was able to use a compact muffler and jam everything up really close to the floor for maximum clearance against the rear links.
I will probably take my Bronco to him if I can ever get the engine running right.
