Some new radius arms
Wanted to show you guys the new arms we have been working on and see what your thoughts were or if you had any questions! We have one piece of this suspension system to finish up, and thats the shocks, and the whole thing will be ready. For now though, the front is DONE, and ready to go. Last one is kind of blurry :D

Re: Some new radius arms
specs on the arms: Fully fabricated out of .25" flat plate, cut on the table. the angle on the arms is 20 degrees. The bottom plate is jigged to our fab table and the sides are tacked on, then 9 square gussets are placed at 45 degree angles inside the arms. Everything is then welded together. The upper arm connects to a .25" thick tab, making the arm material .5 thick at the middle on each tab.

Re: Some new radius arms
Looks very nice! Any idea on pricing yet? I'm hoping to be in the market for a long arm kit around Christmas.

Re: Some new radius arms
What's the length of them? Are you also designing a shock hoop?

Re: Some new radius arms
Clint, what are you doing with the rear shock mounts, mine need attention, but I don't want to redo them now and then redo them again when your rear suspension stuff is available.

Re: Some new radius arms
Looks really nice. Your intent is to have the bend in the arms to clear tires at full lock? Just clarifying as you may have them staged on the wrong side in the pictures.
I am anxious to see these installed to really get the idea on how they fit.

Looks great and can't wait to see how well it works. What's the height and tire size on that setup?

Re: Some new radius arms
Has anyone bought this set up? I looked on their web site and this set up was not on there. Was curious about price and whether or not this would ever be offered as a system.

I don't think they are officially available yet. I saw them in person, and they are awesome. Call or PM Clint at Battlement.
