replace pressure plate bolts
So after taking some time to clean up my efi wires, fuel lines, etc while the tcase & tranny are out I thought I was ready to put it all back together.
Here is my snag. I bought a clutch kit, I think Toms w/pressure plate, t/o bearing, pilot bearing, and new pressure plate/flywheel bolts. The bolts are 1 size too big for the tapped holes in the flywheel. The guy at the machine shop noticed it was a Ford flywheel and probably original. I have my old bolts, that appear to be original. Should I go buy new bolts? The old ones are grade 5, is that right.
Also, the pressure plate holes/threaded flywheel holes line up so 3 of the bolts fit through a properly sized hole in the pressure plate. But 3 of the bolts fit through a hole that is for the larger bolt diameter. My old pressure plate was this way too, I just didn't notice back when I installed it. I was really on a steep learning curve back then. Is this something to worry about.
I reused my flywheel to crank bolts. OK?
I could replace it all, but don't want to spend the money if its a waste of money.
Thoughts? I don't want to put it all together tonight, and wish I hadn't.

Figured out the aftermarket flywheels use a 3/8" bolt and the stock Ford flywheels use a 5/16" bolt. I'm going to try to find a set of new bolts to replace my old ones.

Sounds like a safe bet, but i wouldn't know for sure. Ever around www.mcmaster.com? Awesome site for hardware and many more things!
