On second thought. It could be a Stroppe fender. Not that there would be anything super special about it. Just another fender with a Stroppe paint job.
The first few generations of Stroppe were painted normal Ford colors before shipping out to CA for Stroppe to modify. Seeing as this one has the underlying blue/green, it could have been on a Baja truck. A Denver Bronco Edition truck would have no stock Ford colors under that paint.
