Picked up a new welder and was finally able to get some things done on the old ride. It will have to do for now.

Nice! How much lift do you have?

Look at the twist in those poor springs. This is why BC broncos spring rockers make sense. I would like to incorporate those into my suspension again. Your problem would be more tuck, which would cause more rub.

How much lift, hell who knows. 5.5" springs but with more then 1/2 the leafs removed with custom body lift and when I say custom I mean cobbled. icon biggin

I would like to run the BK rockers but it would lift it even more. Not worried about rubbin, I have a sawzall!

Cool! Cobbled is a good word. A lot of us cobble. But twisting of your springs is not what they want to do and will wear out faster. Especially since you've removed leaves. They add 2" of lift. I plan to move my spring hangers up 2" to compensate for that and also tuck them up higher. Mine are so beat up from rocks and have caused me to get hung up more than a few times, sometimes ending in broken parts.

I've seen these work VERY well and they don't add any lift. I'm not quite sure if we could use them with the Bronco tension shackles. I'm sure anything's possible with a little fabbing though.

Those orbit eyes do work well in an offroad app, but they cause a lot of body roll on road. Had a friend add some to his fj40. Took them off after first road trip.

Very true. I forgot to mention that part. My friend has them in his Toyota crawler. I've heard those bc rockers add body roll too but I've never had any personal experience with them.
