Re: 75 Axle upgrade
Sounds awesome!
Check out Great Lake Offroad for the diff covers.
I know it's a fair bit more money, but maybe look at some used Hi-9's as well? Your 60 is already HP right?

Re: 75 Axle upgrade ***PIC ADDED****
Looking good Trei!
While you've got that D60 out, make sure and run some extra bead around the housing/tube area and/or redo all the plug welds. 0700 on Day two in Moab this year I was welding that together on Robs rig, after he spun the tube. Worked the rest of the week, but the Rediwelder isn't as easy as in the garage with the MIG.
You might want to consider one of those pinion yoke driveshaft protector things. You are going to hit that thing a couple times.
What size joints are you going with, 1310 or 1350s? Joe

What do your frame brackets look like? You'll have a nice setup when you're done!

Re: 75 Axle upgrade ***PIC ADDED****
My axles came last week and I have most of my disc brake parts ready to go on the housing. Bob got me hooked up at discount tires to get my iroks mounted note to self iroks are directional :-)Still waiting on the axles to get done. Cant seem to get a answer when they will be done.. little worried about 3k worth of parts sitting on a shop floor. Anyone know another place to get axles setup. I may need to go pick them up this week if I cant get a answer...

Re: 75 Axle upgrade ***PIC ADDED****
My cousin not coming thru on the axles?? I might be able to dig into it a little more if you need me to... I was hoping he'd be doing it as a side job? maybe he is and that's why it's not done??

I'd be happy to do a little prodding man. I understand. I trust Ty, but I have not even been to his shop or met any co-workers.
