Post brake booster stock type d isc disc proportion valve
Looking for a vacuum brake setup. Brackets rod booster. And a disc brake proportion valve

You may not need one for disc/disc. Drums operate at much lower PSI, which is why disc/drum setups often need one to keep the rears from locking up. I'd try it without first, then add an adjustable one if needed since you've got a non-standard setup.
