What all do I need to order? I assume body lift, extended clutch rod, and fan shroud... what about brake lines or steering shaft??

How much body lift are you doing? If you don't have extended brake lines, I would get those for sure. Not sure if you need to consider the fuel filler as well.

How big of a body lift? The higher you go the more needs to be reviewed and or changed
Funny thing about the bronco's is that some need additional work after the BL others don't.
for a 1 inch
Clutch rod, You can cut, lengthen and reweld. Another option is to replace with a stronger and more adjustable one.
Wild horses sells one and so foes JBFab. I liked the bolt and hiem that Jb fab uses so I went with that one, It gets delivered today to replace the cut and welded one I put in temporarily.

Probably don't need a fan shroud unless you break it like I did when it got hung up somehow ( I did have it loosened and hanging there.) You may just need to get creative in remounting it.
Make sure your brake lines have enough give in them to accept the lift. If not, they will need to be ordered and if your doing brakes, may be a good time to get extended anyway.

Steering depends on amount. 1 " should be just loosening before lift and it should settle in. Might need a little clearencing on the fender if using a rag joint. Then again, Might not.
Start soaking in penetrating oil a few days before.
Tools you will most likely need
Sawzall with good blades,
Big Hammer
heavy duty screw driver
1/2 in drill
duct tape
gloves
Beer

Wild horses has a decent writeup on their website also.

Brett

When I bought my bronco it already had the 2 inch body lift. It had stock brake lines from frame to axle. It would have been ok on the street but off road it would have hung up or worse. I got steal braided extended lines.

You can make your own brake lines fairly easily.
