BFD305 and BroncoJonah - Emissioned, Registered and Running!
Well, Finally we are legal on the street. The old CAT was litterally just a shell, nothing inside at all. With the new cat installed emissions was a breeze, so low it was incredible.
We got the door seals on tonight and it is drivable. Still a lot of little things to work out, but i think that is just part of owning an old Bronco. We will finally meet many of you on the 15th.
Thanks for all the input and help.

Oh man that had to be so frustrating at least its all behind you now. Its always something simple that is overlooked. Did you buy the cats new? Or did it come with the setup. Previous owner probably bashed them out. One of the best ways to tell if a cats bad on a single o2 sensor setup is taking a infared temp of before and after cat. It should be about 100 degrees hotter after the cat. On before and after cat o2 sensor setup, if you have the ability to a scanner you watch the voltage fluctuations. The pre cat o2 should fluctuate from 0.1 volts to 0.9 volts at a steady rate and if the after cat o2 fluctuates at the same rate the cat is bad. Just some food for thought glad this is over with congrats

What do you need from CSP? If it is just the vin verification you may be able to get that at the emissions place too.
