Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Looks nice Matt.
On Tuesday I finally changed my leaking intake gaskets and injectors. I'm surprised it made it to Moab and back as bad as the gaskets were. Took it for a quick spin around town on Wednesday morning, put it to bed and hit the road.

Drove mine the last 2 days. Never hit the hail but did hit rain. Glad i did the wiper upgrade.

Pulled the old front axle apart and setup a jig for reaming the knuckles for high steer.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Ordered the first of many parts for the 74. Ordered up the BC throttle cable and kickdown set-up. It's been needed for many many years.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Installed a new clutch and seal kit on the NP435 and D20 transfer case.
My Bronco was getting 30MPG....in leaking transfer case oil.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
My wife helped me get my Radius arms installed correctly - the threaded ends are nice and level now. Previously they were about 2.5 " off - that would have been a lot of bronco lean. Should be a rolling chassis by the weekend! And then if I can get some of my friends time we will drop the engine, tranny , exhaust, brake and fuel lines etc.. Can't wait!!!

Looks great, I'm digging some of the mods I see, plating for the steering box area and different style rear shock mounts.

Picked up the D44 with ARB 4:56 gears from Digger and met the new member Jesse. He's a cool dude and very knowledgable. Looking forward to getting it installed and hanging out with a new brother.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Finished the BC cable install. Major improvement over the stock bellcrank system. Nice having a kickdown that works now. Maybe I'll get around to the gastank install this week.

What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
Part 2 Pulled the shifter from the T case and shift linkage from the transmission. Removed the transmission to bellhousing bolts. Loosened the intermediate adapter to transmission bolts. Loosened the transfer case crossmember to frame bolts.
The auto swap is going very slow but at least I know where all of my tools are and it doesn't look like someone blew a car up in the garage.

Re: What have you done to your Bronco today? (v.2)
The demons have been exorcised. To say the clutch was toast would be an understatement. I'll take shots tomorrow when the bellhousing and remaining manual parts come off. But a little teaser: throw out bearings should probably not have giant chunks missing out of them and blue tempered steel.
