C4 not shifting into reverse from time to time

 C4 not shifting into reverse from time to time In the last two weeks I have been having an issue where the C4 won't shift into reverse right away. I have to change between park and drive 8-10 times before it will decide to thump into reverse. It seems like it tries to go into reverse and I feel a light thump but it acts like its in neutral. I have only notice it happening when the engine is cold - when sitting overnight or all day - if that makes any difference, might just be coincidence.
I haven't done a search on cb.com yet but assume someone here will know right away. I was thinking it might be the linkage or something. I have never adjusted the shifter since installing it after my build so might be something loose or something.

Re: C4 not shifting into reverse from time to time Couldn't hurt to check the linkage. Put the trans in neutral & adjust the lever to be in neutral on the column indicator, that's it.
