5280 Denver Restaurant Week 2/26 - 3/11
I went to 3 places last year and hope to try 3 (or more) places this year. 5280 Denver Restaurant Week is 2 Weeks of specials from the top restaurants. The meals are priced at $52.80 (couple) or $26.40 (single) for appetizer, main course, dessert, and sometimes s. The meals that would cost considerably more and sometimes exponentially more than $52.80. Great way to try places you normally would not pay full-price to try and risk disappointment. Get your reservations to the top restaurants quick, before the only reservation left is Tuesday at 3:00 PM. Here is the link:http://www.denver.org/denverrestaurant/default.aspxI am planning to try Elway's Downtizown, Capital Grill, and TAG. If you have any recommendations, post them up.

My wife and I love The melting pot! I would highly recommend that place if you haven't done it. Be prepared for at least a couple of hours to fully enjoy it!

The Melting Pot is a great Anniversary place - Dessert is my favorite part.
People at work recommended Fogo de Chão Churrascaria, Del Frisco's, The Keg, and Restaurant Kevin Taylor. All sound great. I may move The Keg and Kevin Taylor up to my top 3 since their Menus sounds amazing.

Fogo De Chao is unbelivable. I am going there tomorrow night in fact to celebrate an anniversary.

The Keg had a great menu last year...several choices for the main course and a really delicious shrimp appetizer. Move it up!

5280 starts on my b-day (Feb 26th...you have shopping days left) and is where we go every year. The food is some of the best in Denver, hands down.
Table 6 is amazing as well
and Barolo Grill might just be some of the finest dinning in Colorado
if a good Steakhouse is your speed has some of the best dry aged beef I have ever had. Bon Appetit!!!

Not part of the 5280 week, but mu favorite restaurant in the known universe is Domo off of Colfax. Phenomenal authentic Japanese food. I've literally never had a bad meal there. Billie, I'll second your vote for Barolo. That place is both good and fun.
