Pony carburetors offers rebuilt carbs, pretty sure they'll jet them for our altitude. If they need a core you can come grab one of mine.

Yes the carbs for an automatic have the correct linkage for the kickdown, you'll also want to get a electric choke, much easier (when setup correctly) in cold conditions.

btw - looks like pony is now champion, they have a core charge of $100 so you'll want to take me up on my core offer.

A "builder" is exactly what you need for a core.

I have a guy here in Evergeen that's one of the best carb guys I've come across. I don't even bother with doing them myself anymore. He's a little slow but he has all the old test gear to check passages and shafts for wear so no headaches on install. His name is Charlie (720) 480-2988 Let him know that Rob from M.I.T. automotive gave you the Number. He will also do a altitude tune for you if it's not your thing.

I got mine here...looks brand new, plug and play, no Muss, no Fuss. Cheaper than anything I found locally, New, Rebuilt, or otherwise. (I paid to have my 2bbl rebuilt 1st LOCAL)...IT RAN WORSE THAN BEFORE THE REBUILD!!! POS 2bbl!!!

http://www.nationalcarburetors.com/en/

They have Carbs for lots of applications.

Mine was $255 delivered/no core not quite a year ago Edelbrock 500cfm - Couldn't be happier!!!
