Recommendations for contractor
My girlfriend has a home just north of the Rocky Mtn Arsenal. Her renters will be out on 4/30. She wants to do some refreshing/renovation then put the house on the market.
The house needs:
Outside deck demo'd & rebuild, maybe a small area of yard graded & made into a useable patio area.
Freshen up landscaping, new sod for the back yard
Sprinkler system repairs
A shower pan repaired & retiled. Its been leaking and there may be repairs to be made under the shower if necessary.
Drywall repair in the garage (water damage from the shower leak)
New carpet through out
Does anyone have recommendations for someone who can do some or all of this kind of work. We may come up and do a day or two of demo, to save some on labor, but we (I) cannot spend enough time in Denver to get most these things done.
Thanks

One of our members (rtreads) has a business doing this stuff called Kona Contracting. I haven't seen his work in person, but the pics I've seen looked really good. http://www.konacontractors.com/

I might be coaxed into doing some irrigation repairs.

Re: Recommendations for contractor
Great, we were just talking about this & your company this weekend.
She'll call you soon, and will be in Denver a couple times in April, so hopefully you can meet up at the home.
Thanks to everyone, its nice that we don't have to throw darts at the yellow pages to get help.
