Help with BCB EFI Throttle Linkage
Initially I just hooked up the throttle cable and realized there was no way the cable was going to get me from idle all the way to WOT. So then, I decided to do Viperwolf's lovely progressive pulley setup and I still can't get the range from idle to WOT. Should I just be reserved to the fact that I can't get to WOT, or is there something I'm doing wrong? Bigger pulley perhaps (I used an 1-1/2")? I'm kind of stuck.
Keep in mind the TB isn't a finished product. I still need to get the helper return spring.

Is the travel restricted or does it not have enough return spring pressure?

Re: Help with BCB EFI Throttle Linkage
are you able to cut the cable a bit to get WOT and then adjust the pulley for full closed?

Bigger pulley and take the slack out of the cable. 20150424_163741.jpg IMG_3549.JPG IMG_3565.JPG

Re: Help with BCB EFI Throttle Linkage
This is basically the pulley I bought.
I'll go try a bigger one tonight. Along with the return spring. That should get the slack out of the cable that's shown. The TB is slightly open in pic because that spring isn't there yet. Didn't know which spring to get when I was at the store last night. After measuring, it should be ~3.5".
I have the adjustment slot cut in the TB arm like you have.
Thanks guys for the input!

Re: Help with BCB EFI Throttle Linkage
2" Pulley seemed to nearly do the trick. It gets to about 85-90% of WOT. I think this will at least get me going.

Re: Help with BCB EFI Throttle Linkage
Did you cut any part of the cable? I had to cut at least an inch off mine.
