I have two buckets out of a toyota or something. I ordered some seat covers off ebay a long time ago thinking they would be good because you could cinch them down on the sides, but all the eyelets tore loose on install. VERY poor quality. It's time for something a little nicer. I don't want to spend bunches of money, but want something durable that looks good. What have you used and liked? Approx price? Thanks!

Get the canvas ones from Cabela's. I've got them and they are great. They are a universal type, but they look nice and can cinch down with laces. I've had them for probably 4 years and the only problem I have had is that they are sun faded.

This is VERY early and still in the infancy stages, but I am about to pick up several yards of Cordura 1000 denier fabric to make my own seat covers for the Corbeaus I picked last month. If you are not familiar with Cordura, this is the same stuff they make military body armor jackets out of. Mind you, it is not Kevlar, simply the jacket that all the body armor fits in to. The stuff is tough and has a plastic coating on the underside that makes it water resistant. If you have the old covers off of these seats, and really like the seats, let me know. I'll take the old covers and see if I can make you up a new set out of the Cordura when I am done with my A4s.

My current plan is to line the entire back side of the seat panel with horizontal straps (similar in every aspect to the military MOLLE attaching system) to allow me to attach panels and pouches containing things like first aid kits, small tool pouches, and a Camelbak. I also plan to line the lower inside panels on both driver and passenger side with the same straps, allowing me to mount a Blackhawk Serpa holster for my pistol while I am driving.

Zack, where you getting the Cordura from? I have been thinking of a project, similarly in infancy, that would be good with Cordura...it's just not seat covers.

I found a vendor out of PA that has it listed for 11.85 a yard.

Sweet, I'd be in for a set to Zack if you make some for yours, I'm running the Corbeau SS seats right now.

I am doing Corbeau RS up front, then trying to figure a way to get 2 Corbeau SS Buckets in the back. It will be a tight squeeze but 4 buckets would be soooo worth it! Trying to get 2 22" Seats in 40" will be challenging. I devised a mount that will hopefully make it all workout with weld on mounts for bucket seats and 2 4-Point harness. Likely similar to JTS rear bucket mount - or should I say Gregg's rear seats now lol. SS Buckets in the back is the only way to get all 4 headrests to look the same.

BTW - I can order genuine OEM Corbeau Seat replacement covers for around $100 +/- per seat, look in' new, and fit WAY better than any cover.
