CCB spare tire cover
I'm going to buy a cover for my spare and may have it silkscreened with the CCB logo. Also may have one made by an upholstery shop so that it's good quality. Anyone else interested in either option? I'd be willing to head this up.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
If we had enough interest I can call Chris at boomerang products and see what he would charge. They also have the kangaroo pouch covers. I believe they do the in lots of twenty as I remember.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
Do they do vinyl covers? It looks from Google like they're a plastic fabrication place.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
Might be interested but would the lot be the same size or willing to do different sizes? I have a 35x12.5.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
It'd have to be different sizes. I'm figuring on buying covers, then taking them someplace to have the logo put on. Do we have a logo high res enough?

Re: CCB spare tire cover
I would be interested in one for a 33x12.50x15 tire. Also found out a 18 inch rim will fit also. Took one off the new Jeep and it don't look right on it saying JEEP and all

Re: CCB spare tire cover
I'm planning on black, but we can usually silkscreen anything. I've sent my own stuff to one of our former companies and it worked out great.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
They did do other types of covers than the hard covers. They just push the hard covers. I'll see if I can get hold of Chris and see what kind of mix & match they will do. I'll see if we can get any kind of club discount. Can anyone send me the logo I don't know what format he'll want.

Sounds good. I'll hit up the upholstery shop I like and we can compare notes.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
Cool idea. Mine has a tear in it, but I'm not sure yet when I'll jump up in tire size, so I'll have to hold off for now.
I do, however, have a contact for an upholsterer in 'Springs who does good work for great price. Let me know if you need that. Might be worth your time to talk to her. She's covered my home-made soft doors, made an amazing grill cover, and did the interior of my cousin's boat. Her best work is when she can reverse engineer something. So if someone has an old cover she can tear apart for patterns that would work best. Then you can scale up or down from there.

Re: CCB spare tire cover
Sorry it took me so long to get back to this. So to do CCB logo in three colors the one time set up fee is $175 Min order of 25 units that can be in multiple tire sizes. Cost per unit not including set up fee is $33.50 each. The Joey tire cover that have storage pouch are $105 each. Set up fee can obviously be split between total order. Does anyone have the logo on a AI file or J peg . Let me know if there is any interest in pursuing this. These are Boomerang soft tire covers.
