C4 with Deep pan

Postby mickphatmac » Sun Aug 26, 2018 12:02 pm

I’m getting ready to install my C4 .

Ok, I have it on good intel that I need to put in 2 qts type F in the converter before I seat it (3 clicks) then After everything is plumbed up I can add 4 or 5 more qts to the trans before startup...

Add 1 more after startup, then pour the rest in slowly for a total of 9 or 10 quarts...
Those were the instructions for my Stock pan...
OK my actual question is, I have a deep pan instead of a stock pan on my C4, how much extra should I be ready to pour in?

You're going to want 12-13 qts total with that deep pan.
