If so, I need to borrow them for an hour or two (hopefully). Not particularly interested in easy outs or other bolt extraction systems, but thanks. Drill a hole in the broken bolt head Spray the hole with plastidip Drills small shallow hole in the broken shaft Hold the bolt head up against the broken bolt Weld the two together from the inside Sounds retarded but it works. Stick welder is easier than mig, but I have done both

Which was a waste of time. The threaded stub came out with a flat blade screwdriver.
