Another... New Guy
Hey folks, I've been a Bronco owner for a couple of years now, though the relationship has been more tumultuous than I'd like. I'm basically sitting on a deteriorating Bronco that I have no clue how to fix. I was fortunate though to run into a family that pointed in the way of this group. Hoping to maybe trade some s for a little help from time to time in route to getting my Bronco on the road.

Absolutely welcome Grant,
Glad to have you. Post up some pictures, let everyone know what you have and what your plans are. There are plenty here who will jump right in and help get you on the road adn trail. Join us for the breakfast this month (check the staging area for details) and introduce yourself to those who are there.
This is a great group and as a group we are very active both in building and playing with our broncos.
Have fun.
Greg

Some of us may have been in the same boat at one time or another. Good group here though. Tech area has good info and if you can't find something using the search feature feel free to ask.
Welcome and I hope you can get her road worthy!

Welcome!! Glad you found us. We're here to help. As hockeydad said, post the direction you want to go with your rig as that determines the type of advice we can offer.

Re: Another... New Guy
Thanks guys. Currently I am focusing on cleaning up the passenger area, getting my ducks in a row to cut and patch rusted spots, replace panels, etc... I'm also in the middle of taking off the dash.... is there a trick to disconnecting the choke and throttle cables? I've gotten that bezel piece off several knobs but it doesn't look like all the knobs have it.

Re: Another... New Guy
Welcome aboard, I think you'll find plenty of help from the members here. Lets see some pics of the Bronco! Usually you take the entire cable out with the knob, once it is loosened from the dash, youll have to pull it out as a complete cable.
