Just wanted to offer a public thanks to EMS Offroad (http://www.emsoffroad.com). I was a little late in ordering the parts for the bumper build this weekend. They were great when I first called needing parts on a short timeline. They then did a good job of communicating when they discovered they were short one of the parts included in the kit I was ordering. Next, they were willing to go to the UPS Depot to get my parts out so I'd have them in time. When the part they were out of stock on showed up just before Tom was leaving to drop my stuff off they called me, reopened the package and got all the parts out to me so I'd have them Friday. I'm impressed and appreciative that they went out of their way to really take care of me. Thanks EMS!
