Park Meadows area makes sense to me. Longer for us northerners to drive, but only fair to the folks down south. |

That original pancake house airbur mentioned is killer...just crazy busy on the weekends unless we hit it early. |

I like the pancake house too but it would be packed with a large group. I hope to make it to a few of these. I will be in Denver hopefully on the 23rd-24th otherwise it will have to be a may breakfast. Another option is the B&B in Castle Rock is awesome. No buffet though. Only El Rancho has a real buffet for breakfast. |
