Why So Cheap? I don't know if I have ever said that about a Bronco part, but what is the deal with this Steering Column? It Tilts, GM Wiring, wheel adapter, automatic, blinkers, billet parts, etc. so why is it half the price of a Flaming River? I am seriously thinking about ordering it. Did I find a real good deal? I am happy to be the test case on it since it is sounds perfect. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... MEWAX%3AIT |

That does seem like an amazing deal on the steering column! Definitely seems a little too good to be true. I've also been wondering about some of the things I am finding on ebay. Anybody no if there is a better deal on a power brake set up than this? Hope the link works... cmcdowell |

I have had that brake setup in my eBay cart forever. I really think the Hydroboost setup is the way to go - there is a Ford Cobra Booster for $125, then need to add the lines for $100.00. I think that is the route I am going. We will likely do a group build over the winter on this - I know I am not alone - Cortez has the Hydroboost system. |

I'm not sure about the column, but hydroboost can be done for less than $200 if you use a junkyard setup out of an Astrovan. If I remember right, I did mine for almost that price exactly, and that was using the MC as a core to get a new one. The most expensive part of HB is going to be your hoses because they are high pressure hoses. |
