I went and made myself a bronco owner again.. It's been a long dryspell!!! Put some cash out for a 1970 that popped up on CL today. The body is a little rough but the bones are good. Not much rust at all. It was laid on its side right after the guy did his "resto" on it and then was driven only a little after that ( 7 years ) It's an Oklahoma truck. hence my VIN questions of earlier. - 5.0 H.O Roller Motor from a 1992 Mustang GT - RV Cam and edelbrock carb- will be getting the EFI hard parts as well. no wireing or computer - 3.5 inch lift from Superlift - Tuffy brand Locking Glove box - Full Roll Cage - Full steel Mile Marker hubs - Power Steering - Ford -Power Brakes (Also aftermarket) (Discs up front, drums in rear) - No Rust on Frame - Centech Wiring Harness - 35 inch Mickey Thompson ATV tires - Hurst 3 speed - Electric fuel pump (Pump is hooked up to a toggle switch that must be turned on prior to starting.) - Dana 44 Front Axle/ Ford 9 inch rear - Custom Center console ( homemade, the inside is unfinished and its not bolted down, but it looks and fits great and it locks.) - Custom front bumper with brush guard (also homemade but very nice. Powder coated both bumpers and roll cage and dashboard.) - New heater core and blower motor - Very Nice Bronco valve covers from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard - Driver and passenger seats are out of a volvo. They are comfortable and the passenger seat still tips forward for access to the back. Has a lot of things I want to address- Key areas at the moment are Door fitment is way off Right side steel needs replaced front outer fender, rear quarter. Front glass is broke Steering geometry needs work. Lift needs replaced or upgraded Brakes are touchy Shift linkage is a little hokey Tuneup and carb needs adjusting for altitude Points need to be gone from ignition, front tank leaks Fuel gauges no work Gonna get a uhual and bring it home tomorrow or Monday. I'm stoked!! Now to start making a list Brett |

Dang Brett - you work fast! Very nice Bronco with a lot of options/adds already done. Great it already has power brakes, discs up front, nice roll bar, great bumpers, etc. Sounds like it mostly needs some tuning and TLC. Way excited for you and looks like you are going to have a kick butt summer! |

That looks like a sweet Bronco. I should have looked at this post before I went off on the emmissions and I would have seen the carb. Nice Bronco! Once your off and running get that efi started you will love it. |

Right on! That looks like a great starting point. You'll have to drive it over Sunday and show it off a little. |
