Here's what I'm thinking: How about we all head out to beautiful Chaffee County in December, stay in these really cool cabins (http://www.vistacourtcabins.com/) . In case you've never been, Chaffee County is about 2 hrs away, surrounded by some of the most spectacular peaks Colorado has to offer: the Collegiates. I used to work as a white water raft guide out there. I propose a friendly eating competition for breakfast at my favorite Gunsmoke Cafe. The Mister Ed is a breakfast with hash browns, eggs, green chile, sausage, biscuits, topped with gravy. A big pile of awesomeness. And one of their HUGE cinnamon buns. It's truck-stop fare at its finest! THEN, I propose we drive out to Princeton, soak in the hot springs and enjoy the visual grandeur among us. For dinner we'll head to Salida, and eat at the Boat House, a cool restaurant, perched right next to the Arkansas River. The town of Salida is full of character. Then back to BV for another night in the cabins. And at some point, I am sure there are some light trails that could make for some fun winter-wheelin. Who likes the sound of this? I just may do this with or without! ;) I'm thinking Dec 18 weekend or sometime in January |

Sounds like an awesome trip to me, count me in! The Hot Springs are always good for some and checking out the stars. Might be a great way to wind things down after the New Year...keep us posted. Billie btw hows that new disk set up? |

Nice Billie! This will be fun, esp since you also know LK! The disc brake conversion went well. The passenger side backing plate was a little warped so Mitch is going to bend it out next week. Next project: intake seals. Let me know when you want to tackle that! |

Sounds like a fun Winter trip and maybe again in the Spring/Summer. I want to go rafting and I know you are the man when it comes to rafting too. |

Entourage, if you want to experience Colorado, you HAVE to see Chaffee County. The rafting's not bad, either! |

I'll be in Arizona visiting family for Christmas. Going to tow the motorcycle down and do a few rides. I can't afford to drive the bronco down. |
