Show is fricken funny as all hell! People are so funny, especially when they don't think before they do some things. Funniest part on a episode I watched last night, 10 guys watching this jeep Cherokee stuck in the mud wheeling. So they rap a tow strap around the front axle of this thing. You can't see the tow vehicle, but you can hear it's diesel revving it's engine and then he drops the clutch. Holy f yanks the front axle basically right out. But the jeep didn't move much. I laughed for 5 min. Straight Any of you seen people do some stoopid like this wheelin. |

I once was stopped by a couple of kids who had been out driving daddy's classic Fairlane and got it high centered on a dirt mound on the side of the road. We had a heck of an ice storm here at the time so the roads were a solid sheet of ice, that's how they got stuck. When my brother in law and I came upon these guys there was a pickup trying to pull them out using a rope. Kept breaking the rope and tying it back together. When we came up they asked if we had a chain. Since I always carried a tow chain we tossed it out. The pickup left and I told the kid to hook up the chain. I told him I didn't want to hook it and be responsible for any damage. Hooked to the back of my Bronco and gave him a good tug. After a couple of pulls my brother in law told me to stop. It seems the kid wrapped the chain around the rear axle and when I gave it a good pull the rear end let loose and (I don't think the Fairlane had leaf springs in the rear but can't remember) slide the rear back about 6 inches or so on one side. Needless to say they had to get a tow truck to un-stick them and explain to dad why his car dogtracked so bad. Haven't seen the show but I will have to look for it and record it. |
