Emblem fell off

 Emblem fell offNot on my bronco, but on my superduty. The one on the door. Body shop reinstalled the emblem some 5 years ago and it was laying on the floor in my garage yesterday. I am thankful it fell of there as I had just returned from a few errands!
So the tape is still attached to the door. How do I remove that? Then what is the procedure for replacing the emblem? Where do I source the tape? Only need about 8". Thanks!
