Situation......2.5" WH lift. I want to put 3.5" springs in the front to correct rake. Currently, the highest point on the Bestop is about 1" from the top of the garage door opening. How high will a 1" higher spring lift the truck? If it's 1" or less, I can "make" the Bronco fit through the garage. If it's normally more than 1"....ain't gonna happen. Thanks. |

Yea...I'm sticking with WH springs. I figure the 427 and tranny upgrade will do the same thing with mine....which might cause me to need a 4.5" so I might just wait. I can always drop the Bestop bar which will give me another 1-2". |

Also remember that those springs will sag and settle after the break in. Mine were the WH 4.5 springs and settled down to 4" after a year or so. |
