Re: We need more US diesels...
Makes me excited for what I may find in Germany. The plan is to buy two cars and I am looking exclusively at diesels.
Seat, Skota Opel, BMW, Renault, Alfa Romeo
Way more options than we have here in the choked down states. Just wish I could bring them home with me.

Re: We need more US diesels...
Has any thought about doing a diesel swap in their Bronco?

Re: We need more US diesels...
The diesel swap would be high on my list if my 351w ever died on me. That mileage is better than my Ecoboost F150 by far and most likely has just as much or more torque. Time to start saving for the $5-10K cost involved.

There is a EB running around Wellington with a diesel in it.

That one JD posted up is owned by JD, of JD Fab twin sticks fame. That think is sick, and has Unimog portals under it. I think we should find Greg a set, and a 4BT for Wilma.

Re: We need more US diesels...
Well I have a low mileage 4bt that I am pulling in the next few weeks. I bought it in my work truck with this intention. Unfortunately I have no welding skills and limited knowledge, but it is a go for sure now! I figure there is penty of write ups, plus 20 mpg and still get 375 foot pounds of torque. I have a half cab and plow, plan on making a work horse.
