I'd like to suggest that we use the club email function to announce the location and times of each monthly meeting. Relying on everyone reading the "Staging Area" on their own volition isn't the best way to get the word out. With 100+ site members, we should have quite a showing at these meetings if we were to announce it via email. Another club that I used to be a member of would do this and while I wasn't able to make it to a lot of meetings, it was nice to know when/where/how etc.....and I was never on their web site. Just an idea. |
