Re: cap spray 9100 hvlp
At 15yrs old bought a 68 Camaro...327 buleprinted and balanced etc.. I'm from back east where rust is king...so at 15 I learned body work and painting...painted camaro 3 times I was having so much fun and getting better...never wanted show quality, thats the beauty of hvlp....painting on a budget...close to professional results using real products...epoxy prime...por15... undercoat..sound deadner..poly...and paint.. and clear....perfect for street/trail truck...bumpers..trans..etc...4stage turbines have the power for all products..some thinning needed and proper needle...with air pressuse adjustment on gun..practice desired spray pattern on board or something and time to shoot a bronco...not a big truck..should go fast...if you have time and space like pro's..better to have dismanteled and paint each piece seperate and reassemble...all depends on what your after...great for interiors and small spaces because very efficient..not much over spray and product waste....very controlable gun....will you have prepped or do you need help with sand and prep...sounds like metal work is done...must have taken somethings apart for metal/welding work...we will have to talk...heading to dog park with my 4 huskys soon....get you info later to figure this out...thx

Re: cap spray 9100 hvlp
oh yea..my metal needs...both floor boards..both kick panels...inner fender/cowl area in engine compartment both sides..and lower tailgate panel.. inner rockers...can't believe outers are sweet.. only exterior rust is tailgate...and some exhaust leaks...probably same stuff you did...like you not a pro but I weld to...did some welding for commercial GC and welding company..a few flash burns later and just wanting to learn as much as i could..I quit and till today have had no need...but with my 69 EB...needing some welding...what welder are you running?? Talk soon...

Re: cap spray 9100 hvlp
I just purchased a 74 fj40 landcruiser that needs some love....would your welder work on the fj or is it just made to work on Bronco's..LOL...Does any other Bronco members own an FJ40...or should I never mention her again...fun to have a Sat. truck and a Sun. truck...and while one is down still have another....list of things they need is long, but both fully operational and running strong...could not be happier having both... both made friends and hang out..lol..I love classic metal...cars too..looking for 69 Z28 right now to complete collection

I'm a fan of old fjs, great lines and cool rear seats.

Re: cap spray 9100 hvlp
Any of the classics get a little lover around here. For me it came down to an Fj-40 or a bronco. Being a Ford guy, the direction was clear.
