Need some help in Falcon - maybe
Our house is closing on Wednesday at 9am and I had forgotten about some mowing equipment we had out back. If my neighbor can't get them to his place, I'm wondering if anyone else would have some free time to go get this equipment. Should be a JD riding mower, sweeper, and a push mower. Bad part is the tenants are telling me the rider doesn't go anymore, likely a drive belt, so it'll need pushed/trailered.
We were given the sweeper, so I need to see if it needs returned. This could be a little money making project for someone. Sell everything and I'll split the profits with ya. The rider in running/working order has about a $500 value if it is still in the shape I left it in. The sweeper - don't really know. The push mower I bought many years ago for $30 or something like that, so it has little value to me. I don't *think* there is anything else.
Worst case, I get the stuff to my neighbors and buy myself a little time.

Let me see if I can get an assistant for driving and pushing and will try to make something happen.

You are up way too early! And I'd hate for you to hurt yourself. But if you can swing it, let me know! Danke!

Zack - whatcha got? I have not gotten a response from my neighbor. I think I still have his number somewhere, but I am not sure.
We will walk away just about even on the house having owned it for about 5 years, that's loan cleared, realtor fees etc. Not counting entire carpet replacement, and high quality painting we did, etc. But that's ok. We got to enjoy those items for 3 years.

Re: Need some help in Falcon - maybe
Much appreciated fellas! No one should be at the house as of now and just drop my name should any neighbors get suspicious.
