It's some kind of alarm. It's a little outdated so if someone tries to steal your Bronco, just throw it at them. |

Is it plastic or steel ? Could it be used as small air tank ? |

That could be. The wire sticking out of the top makes me thing it's something electrical as opposed to an air tank or the like. |
