My kids have a John Deere Stake wagon that we use on occasion, mostly in the summer. But the tubes inside the tires are shot and it's likely due to the fact we can't store it inside. So I was looking at flat-free tires and they are expensive. There are also new tubes with sealant in them, or just normal tubes, but I don't see either of those being a long term solution.

The tires are 4.10/3.50-4, or 4.10" wide, 3.5" bottom of tire to wheel on a 4" wheel, or 11" tall and 4.1" wide on what I believe is a 1/2" hub.

I see Habor freight has some tube options, but the reviews are less than stellar (imagine that).

I filled the tires on my snow blower with spray foam. Had to do this in a pinch.3 years later they're still rolling.

I don't know if they had tubes but it doesn't really matter.I took the tires off,took the valve out ,shoved the spray foam tube in as far as I could get and pulled the trigger.Let it set over night ,and it was done.
I think you could do 4 wagon wheels with a can or two.I was quite surprised it actually worked as well as it did.

Gonna have to try that on my lawn trailer. Stupid tire keeps going flat and I'm too cheap to replace it.

I did some research and it has mixed reviews, as does anything. But it does say that with moderate use, the foam breaks down and turns to dust and doesn't hold up the tire anymore.

HOWEVER, I did find that some larger (likely commercial) tire companyies do have a rubberized filling they can put in the tires that once dry does not break down. I doubt I'll find anything like that here, but something you guys might be able to acquire.
