Looking for rain gutter- to mount a roof rack to a topper
I'm looking for 4 pieces of rain gutter to allow a roof rack to be mounted to a fiberglass truck topper. Thule sells a set of 4 for $65. Really? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002MBP82/?ta ... 71w72qhv_eMy F250 topper has them (probably not Thule), and they look like they are worth about $20. I looked at Ebay & Amazon, and a couple topper/ladder rack type sites and can't find anything. I could build a set, and probably will, unless someone has a good suggestion.

I've put together most of a Thule rack for my VW off Craigslist, but I'm guessing your market is smaller.

Re: Looking for rain gutter- to mount a roof rack to a toppe
Just looking for the one part, the rain gutter. Since almost every CL ad includes a 1 hr+ drive, I don't look for small stuff. Finding it here in Gunni, or CB would be a miracle.
I have an OLD Thule bar & foot set that is gutter mount, and I have a Con-Fer rack that is also gutter mount. I can mount either to my Bronco, or my F250.
The GF just bought a Nissan Frontier with a topper. Since she moved up from a Scion XB, she thought it was huge, and she could never run out of space. One 3 day camping trip with 2 dogs, and fly fishing gear, filled it to the max. Being able to put the Con-Fer rack on it would be great.
