Opinions wanted
As a parting gift from the company I worked for (they sold the building and land and closed the doors) I got a 1994 F-250 4x4. It was a shop truck, has a plow on it as well. Thought of selling all or part of it. I saw a 4 door bronco on the Internet, thought that was cool. I have A 71 Bronco that could use some parts. So my question is what is your opinion what would you do?

Depends on the running gear under that truck.

Re: Opinions wanted
$100 for the chainsaws may be a bit low depending on their condition. A good 18" gas one is going for $250-$300 these days on CL

Re: Opinions wanted
Sorry to hear about your company. Hope you've found something else if that is what you wanted. As for the truck, I too agree we need to know what it's got and it's condition. Parting it out would net you the most profit, but that is a headache all it's own. But around online and see what the going rate for these trucks are and see what you think. Sounds like it'd make a good work-horse for someone. Heck, since you lost your job, maybe you want in on the plow business?? Just a thought! ;-)

Re: Opinions wanted
As far as the job goes, my wife and I both worked there. So that really hurt the pocketbook. She got a job that pays great. So she wants me to stay home and work on "the list". Would love to do something part time at least. Catching myself talking to myself.
The truck has a 5.8 motor. Not sure what shape it's in. Runs not sure it would pass emissions. Thought of selling the blade. Doesn't snow enough around here make any money with it.
Would that motor fit in my 71 or is that a huge pain?

Re: Opinions wanted
Ouch! Glad your wife got something rolling tho!
My motor is a 5.8L out of a 94 F-250 as well, so yeah, it fits!
