Window frame identification
My Bronco came with a lot of extra parts. While digging in a shed today I found the left and right window frame/vent windows.
The previous owner said I had some rare 66' window frames..are these them?
How do I tell what year they are?
Value?
Erik

Re: Window frame identification
'66 - '68 had removable window frames for the doors. I don't believe there is a physical difference. Is there a part number stamped on them?

Re: Window frame identification
I think the difference besides being removable, is in the latch. It is like an "L" or a 90 degree angle as opposed to just the regular straight 1 piece hook. Like the ones in your pics. Rare? I guess just as rare as all the other '66 stuff, Value...as much as a guy is willing to pay?

Re: Window frame identification
Ok, that helps. My Bronco is such a mish-mash of parts.
Thanks, this site is awesome.
I'll look for a number stamped somewhere.
