Ode to AKAFrankCastle
Well, this guy said Hey! I'm going back and forth to Kansas City and I'd be more than happy to transport items bla bla bla...
So I started trolling the KC area for must have Bronco items for transport.
Needless to say I didn't find anything that needed a case by case review! I did find these. I remembered seeing these quite a few months back and thinking they were cool but when I saw them again I figured I just had to have them. (I had them shipped;)

Did the come out of KC? If so, sweet score. You should have had the guy throw in a case of Boulevard to go with them. That's what KC people like. None of that crappy St Louis Budweiser.

Re: Ode to AKAFrankCastle
A beer thread! Right up my alley!
Guinness in Ireland is certainly something special. If the bar has a nitrogen tap, I would imagine you can get pretty close, but never out of a can or bottle. There are two that I like a lot better. Ohara's and Murphy's Irish stouts.
Anyone on untappd?

Re: Ode to AKAFrankCastle
I'm a huge fan of dry dock's double vanilla Porter. Not the regular single (although that's good too). Somewhat sweet with a huge whiskey finish.

I'm not sure we'll make it back to England. Too many other places on our bucket list before our July PCS!! But if we do....

Re: Ode to AKAFrankCastle
While we're on the subject of Stouts, make sure to check out Stout Month at one of the Mountain sun pubs all of February. There are a couple in Boulder, one in Longmont and one in Denver. They have almost nothing but stouts on tap for the entire month. Lots of their own and rotating guest taps. Always a good time! http://www.mountainsunpub.com/Stout%20M ... acemat.pdf
