| Post subject: | What are door window trims worth? |
I have a set of the aluminum door window frame moldings that I am selling. I have a guy that is interested from TN, but neither of us know what they are worth. They are in as good as condition as you will find. They do show age as expected, but are in great shape! What is your guess? Thanks! |

JBG sells used window trim for $25 a stick, so your top & back trim, according to them, is worth $50 a door. I personally think JBG is overpriced on a lot of things, but this is probably pretty damn close. That window trim is getting tough to find. If you have all 4 pieces, I would ask him for $50-75. I sold all the Sport trim (less the Sport emblems) off of mine 10 or 11 years ago and got over $200 for it then. So I honestly don't think that my price range is that far out of whack. |

The side door trim, the one that goes over the window frame is actually 3 pieces per door. I will check JBG for a price refrence. I would ask the guys south, but they are spendy!! THANKS!! |

Most used items are worth approximately half of the price new as a general rule. Lots of variation in that rule but it should get ya started. |

...thats what I was thinking. JBG sells the trims for $25 each, or $75 per door for used trim. |

I have sold sets of this trim on ebay and got what would be at least $25 a stick constantly and probably in the same shape as yours. Is this trim even being reproduced? |
