The NFL Super Bowl was good, but the Real Super Bowl at my house is The NASCAR Daytona 500. It is just one week away and it looks like Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is sitting on the Pole. NASCAR improved the front spoiler (not splitter), higher RPS (9,900), two car draft, improved point system, wild card slot, and hitting the highest speeds in decades - over 205 Miles Per Hour! Going to be one hell of a Race. Any other NASCAR Fans? |

I have been a Nascar fan for 30 years now. I used to root for Rusty Wallace until he retired. Now I follow Harvick, Smoke, and Jr. I don't mind Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon but they are a bit on the "too corporate" side of the equation. BTW..............the splitter didn't go away..........they just tucked it under (moved it back towards the engine) the fascia a bit so it is no longer adjustable. |

I like junior.I think nascar lost points when they let toyota in thought and i think honda will be in soon.Me and my friends use to bet on nascar.We would all pick a drive and the who finished ahead of the others won.It was a fun way to watch it plus make money.The winer usually got a hundred dollars. |

Rox - I knew you would be a Race Fan growing up in Greg Biffle country. I like Carl Edwards and wife like Jimmy - we both like Jr. I hope to get to Colorado Raceway a time or two this summer. Love the sprint cars, trains, and figure 8's. We would bet on NASCAR but got sick of my wife always winning by picking Jimmy. If you are not a NASCAR Fan - go see it live once and will appreciate the speed, sounds, smell of burnt rubber, and crazy fans. |

That was one heck of a race - record crashes, fastest speeds in 30 years, Harvic out in first 10 laps, JJ and JG out at half way, Carl Edwards in 2nd Place, 20 year old winner - WOW! Now that was a race! |
