Harmonic balancer, on all the way?

 Harmonic balancer, on all the way? I took some pictures, it looks like it should go on further. The pulley lines up with the water pump pulley. What do the experts say?

Re: Harmonic balancer, on all the way? If it lines up then you should be good, I'd check it with the accessory pulleys and call it done.
