That may just save your fenders.

Looks good, wish I could save my fenders but it looks lie they have got to go. Unless I lifted it to mud bogger status. Nahh I like a low squat look. My fenders don't look as cherry as yours though.

Zilla,
Did you see any problem with the drive shaft length?

Re: Slid my Axle back 1" tonight
Huh, this maybe something I need to do. I have a steep driveshaft due to a clocked T-case, so every inch would help...

Yeah that's a great deal for all that work. I will keep them in mind for when can actually mount my driveshaft again.

Re: Slid my Axle back 1" tonight
Sweetness yeah I was charged 230 after my engine and trans swap for the rear to convert it to a cv type and resize. But yours was already a cv? That also included a new yoke for the.d 20. So it wasn't a bad deal either. I used rocky mountian driveline.

Following Dan's lead I did this to mine too and I really like how it repositioned the axle in the wheel well

Re: Slid my Axle back 1" tonight
that is a good buy, my 1310 CV shaft assy with 2-1/2" tube was 175.00 and to install the spline and balance was 90.00 and 75.00 for a new end yoke (that's the yoke on the T case, so both of my T case yokes are new to fit the new CV joints) plus I had to buy another rear yoke for my rear shaft because I busted it that was another 50. they are all spicer products.

Re: Slid my Axle back 1" tonight
Trying to do this myself while fixing leaf springs. Running into a fair amount of problems, but mine's not a normal case.
