EFI questions-Fuel pressure guage and regulator
Does anyone have a recommendation for a fuel pressure guage and regulator? Pictures would be helpful too. I am using 1991 Mustang fuel rails. Thank you, Tod

The stock regulator is fine unless you have a unique combination of parts that makes an adjustable one necessary.
I used AN-6 hose so adding a gauge was easy.

I would like the ability to monitor and play with the pressure. What brand are you using? Can I adapt it to fit on the shraeder valve? I am using the stock rails and fittings. Thank you, Tod

Monitoring pressure with a gauge is good. Playing with the pressure may not be so good. Really if the EFI system is working as it should there is no reason to change the pressure. I have seen gauges that screw to the schrader port. I picked mine up at On-Track. http://www.ontrackperformanceparts.com/

I like the idea of keeping it simple too. I will just get the guage for now. I love the look of your hoses with AN fittings. I like the idea of a more secure connection too. I will have to learn how to build the hoses, hopefully the tools are not cost prohibitive.

I used a vice, a couple wrenches, and a sharp chisel to cut the hose.

I also used the stock regulator and picked my pressure gauge up at On-Track.
