Engine angle
Going to try to get my trans crossmembers done tomorrow. Do I need to worry about engine angle other than as it applies to radiator clearance? If not I'm going to try to stuff the trans up as high asI can reasonably get it.

Re: Engine angle
I believe that with a double cardon driveshaft it doesn't matter as much as it would on something like a sportscar where you want the trans yoke and the pinion yoke at opposing angles to avoid vibrations. With that being said as long as it doesn't bind drive shafts i think you should be fine . Fuel injection is also more forgiving than carburetors to bad angles. . I'm sure someone with alot more knowledge can give you the best advice however

Re: Engine angle
I pushed mine up as high as I could with no ill effects.

Re: Engine angle
i was always informed that the plane of the manifold should be at level (0*) which inturn puts the crank & block, trans/ transfer at an slight angle. Not sure if it really matters with EFI or if its really relevant.
