Circle Drags at Colorado National Speedway
Took the family to Colorado National Speedway.
Decided to give the circle drags a try. Two street cars race each other for one lap, from a standing start.
I got eliminated first round but had an absolute blast.
We should get a group of Broncos together when they do it again next year.
The overall winner was a Dodge 1/2 ton 4x4 powered by a twin turbo Cummins. He beat out a bunch of really nice mustangs and a Pontiac G8 that has been winning all year.

That sounds like fun. How do they pick who gets inside lane? Or do they stagger the start? Is that a 1/2 mile track?

That sounds like a ton of fun. It would be awesome to see a bunch of EBs duke it out.

I bet we could. Heck, Jeremy could take up 3 of those by himself.

Don't tell Airbur, with his new high HP engine it just would not be fair.

Re: Circle Drags at Colorado National Speedway
Can I have a rolling start handicap? How about 2nd to 3rd gear, the turbo starts to push real nice around then!

You could suggest a 2000rpm limit?

Re: Circle Drags at Colorado National Speedway
I've brake boosted once so far while trying to get the rear end to break loose, the turbo sound was sweet, but the burnt clutch smell took two days to go away.
