Event rotation
I'm planning to get the events schedule posted up for next year soon. We've been doing the rotating locations thing for breakfasts for a year. What do you all think? Any places we should delete or add (easterly has been discussed in the past, maybe Aurora or Parker)?

Re: Event rotation
It'd be nice to actually have a Denver location in the rotation. You know since it's the largest city in CO and a lot of people live close to it.

Re: Event rotation
Any suggestions? It's been a goal, but locations that can handle a group have been tough to find.

Re: Event rotation
We used to do the Coral off 104th. But that was back when this club was cool.
Just joking guys. Back then there were still a lot of goofballs.

Re: Event rotation
Couple ideas:
Sam's No. 3 off Havana
Original Pancake House off Belleview
I'm sure with other suggestions, we can find someplace that'll work.

Lucille's South, not far from the Platte Bar & Grill and they have a huge parking lot.

Re: Event rotation
How did I not know there was a Lucille's south? I love the one in Longmont. Hmmmmm, that might need to happen. Kirk, am I remembering that the Breakfast King doesn't have a massive parking lot?

Re: Event rotation
I'd like to find a breakfast spot in Manitou Springs. Go down there early in the morning, take over the street side parking downtown, and keep it as the tourist folks start to arrive.

Re: Event rotation
Breakfast King and Luciell's south are just a few minutes north and/or south of the golden hog trough in Sheridan (santa fe and 285) and are probably both much better options. Breakfast King is not in the best of neighborhoods and this should be considered as well, especially if street parking is going to be required. I second the pancake house at Bellview and University - pretty good grub and plenty of parking. However the wait might be long by the time we get done ogling everyone's rigs, also the fact that it is not "right off the highway" for those traveling from the north and/or south. Another option, plenty of parking, good food and Mel's Diner type ambiance: Breakfast Palace at 2000 south broadway. About 2-3 blocks north of Evans on Broadway. Not far south of I-25 for those taking the highway. http://www.yelp.com/biz/breakfast-palace-denver While Parking at Obrian's in Sedalia is adequate and the food is decent - the size of the restaurant is pretty lacking, and the location seems to be difficult for the masses in the club.

Guys, I'm still looking at this and am planning to add a more central spot to the rotation. Not sure yet if it'll replace the Sedalia one or supplement it. Am open to votes

I haven't been impressed with obriens last couple visits.
Hair in my pancakes makes me go elsewhere.

I'd be happy to scratch Obriens off the list...

Cool. We'll do Obrien's one last time this month and go elsewhere moving forward.

Event rotation
Drove by Lucilles south the other day. My vote would be for that location. Good food, not too far away from 470 and Santa Fe, and there is a huge parking lot.

Re: Event rotation
Time for a vote: Lucille's was a great spot and we're going to continue using it. Do we want to keep O'Brien's in the mix for a location or drop it and keep the 3 site rotation (Lucille's, Rudy's, and Johnson's Corner)?
