Re: CCB Ski Day
Ive never done BC, but I'd be game to try. I'm a reasonably solid blue skiier, but am hoping to start hitting blacks soon. Also hoping that updating the 15 year old Tele rig will help.

Re: CCB Ski Day
I'm game. I'm a solid blue skier on my Tele's but can ride anything on my snowboard.

Re: CCB Ski Day
I'm a good blue / black type, but I like to play on the edge and in trees so I can get in trouble. I started BC last year and fell in love with it.

Re: CCB Ski Day
Cool. Who is available when, and who has passes? I've got an epic pass (vail resorts) and am happy to share my discount.

Re: CCB Ski Day
I have the WP Copper and steamboat pass. I don't mind paying guest pass prices elsewhere

Re: CCB Ski Day
I might be down. No pass. Can ski anything. I'd be intrigued about back country but have no Avalanche gear or experience in BC so I'd be a "follower".

We have the A-basin pass. We will be skiing every Saturday in February as our oldest is in lessons.

Re: CCB Ski Day
I have a Winter Park only pass (didn't upgrade to the Copper/Steamboat option) and would be down for making some turns.

Re: CCB Ski Day
I'd be interested, have Copper/WP/Steamboat pass. Wouldn't recommend BC for a large group gathering imho.

Justin, are you off by a day again? The 5th is a Friday. We'll be up there on the 6th.

Re: CCB Ski Day
Can't make that weekend. Since it's the day before the Superbowl I'm guessing it will be mobbed and traffic will be . Everyone will want to ski that Sat and be home on Sun. Early start recommended. Took us 3 hours to get to WP on this past Saturday for the same reason. Was hardly any traffic at all yesterday.

Re: CCB Ski Day
Valid concern. We've been skiiing mostly on Sundays and traffic has been good. What do you guys think about pushing this forward or back a week or two? I'm planning to ski on Sunday, but have been going up at least every other week, so I'm pretty flexible.

Re: CCB Ski Day
I'm expecting it to be that Saturday too but am committed based on my kids ski lessons. We normally do Sundays but February will be all Saturday skiing for us. Whatever works for the most people.
