==== 1971 Bronco ==============
71&73small.jpg1971 Ford Bronco Lots Of Modifications And Parts on this one.
Asking $13,500 O.B.O.
Body.. .No RUST ,its been cut out and replaced with new metal. It does have dents So you wont feel bad bashing it on the rocks. Rear renders are bobbed on the bottom Floors on inside have been lined. Rock Ski Sliders w/Nerfs, Steel, 1/4" Thick From Tom's Front Pre-Runner Winch Bumper w/High Position Winch Mounting From Tom's Has 2 Kc lights mounted and 9500 Lb winch Rear custom bumper with built in receiver hitch.
Best top Soft top also have a bikini top
Rock lights mounted on the frame.
High output halogen head lights
Motor. .Fuel injected 5.0 I think it was out of a 90's thunderbird? Supposed to have under 80,000 miles It has MDS ignition, Ford Racing Plug Wires Runs great lots of power Ford Motorsports Headers Flow-master exhaust K&N Filter and intake tube.
Trans.. AOD Automatic Overdrive Trans with a B&m Shifter External trans Cooler with Electric fan also has a temp gauge inside the cab. AOD adapter from BC Broncos Twin Stick Dana 20 Transfercase
Axles... I just instaled a set of 78 full width HP dana44 and 9inch.
Disc brakes front and back.
5.13 gears, welded front and back.
The 44 has the flat top nuckles off a 3/4 ton truck but made to work with the 1/2 ton brakes so you can still run the 15" wheel.
Also the tie rod is 2" higher then the stock nuckles.
Has custom coil mounts to bring the coil springs in so there strait up and down..axles shafts are stock as far as I know but do have the solid spicer joints.
Suspension. Wild horses Coil-springs up front probably 3 or 4'' over stock Custom built lower spring mount on the axle adds a bit of lift also Not sure of the brand of leaf springs on the back but match lift on the front no blocks. Rancho RS 9000 5 way adjustable shocks Body lift also 2-3 It sits 10 1/2 inches taller than my stock one measured at the headlights.
Interior.. Custom built 6 point cage, not a kit. It is also tied to the frame for extra strength Custom high-back buckets up front with 5 point harnesses Matching bench in the rear with lap belts. All seats and belts are mounted to the Roll cage Tuffy center console with CD player mounted in it. Dash has all the factory switches/knobs also has a bank of illuminated toggle switches that can be used for additional accessories. CB with external antenna Dual Batteries mounted in the rear with cut of switch ,more switches and a aux plug in the back also.
Polished Tilt Steering Column and custom steering wheel from Tom's Bronco Parts. Power steering via F150 box and extra large cooler
Brakes. 4 wheel disc brakes with a brand new heavy duty corvette Master Cylinder
Tires. Brand new tires And wheels less than 100 miles just now wore the stickers off
Nitto Terra Grappler LT315/75R16 = 35x12.50 R16
Wheels. SERIES 7089 - FLAT BLACK ALLOY WHEELS 7089-6885 16x8 wheel size5x5-1/2 bolt pattern-0mm offset4.5" backspacingFlat BlackLoad lbs. 2200 Xtreme Alloys Powder-coated Black I had 37'' tires on it before I swapped axles, they cleared fine but the 15'' wheels would not clear the rear calipers. The offset on these wheel put the part way back under the flares. The bad. Its loud and fast and not the prettiest Bronco out there. It does leak oil from the valve covers needs new gaskets. Trans pan leaks a little from where they put the temp sensor . The speedo works but I don't think it is accurate . one of the rear flares is cracked . It could use some weather stripping around the doors for winter time driving. The Good. Its loud and fast and not the prettiest Bronco out there. Additional info call 469 23O I982

Nice ride for sure!! Someone could hop into this and get to wheeling the same day!
Where are your testing grounds? Looks like you built something at home?
