I can't see the pump 2 confirm it, but looks like a rotary pump motor. Has a vacuum pump on it & a rear mounted turbo that seems to have the Ford tilt to it, so likely a re power in a Ford chassis.

It's been rebuilt at some point, sticker on the 1st valve cover. Make sure you pull the SN or CPL to confirm its history.
